BOCA JUNIORS-STRIKE FORCE SOCCER ACADEMY

Miami Strike Force Soccer Club (MSF) and Club Atletico Boca Juniors (CABJ) have formed an alliance for the development of local youth soccer players and coaches effective June 1, 2010. 

CABJ is a premier soccer development entity with a purpose of creating a deliberate, positive and competitive environment where we provide opportunities for players and coaches to develop to their full potential while pursuing a commitment to excellence.

The CABJ Academy program will provide training to MSF players and coaches which will be consistent with the principles of the structured youth development program and development guidelines of the Boca Juniors professional youth academy.

MSF is fully recognized, and it is technically supported by CA Boca Juniors (CABJ) Youth Development Academy in Buenos Aires, Argentina. 

The CABJ philosophy for training the youth soccer players is “winning without sacrificing player development”.

For the 2010-11 soccer season, MSF will have academy teams that will compete and train under the Boca Juniors Academy program.

The Miami Strike Force Soccer Academy is directed by Luis Carlos Perea.

Luis Carlos was a member of the Colombian National Team in the 1990 and 1994 World Cup.

He has played professionally since 1984, and played with Atletico Nacional, Toros de Neza, Atletico Junior, Deportes Tolima and Independiente de Medellin.

He was a Champion (Copa Libertadores) with Atletico Nacional in 1989.

Luis Carlos brings tremendous experience for the development of young players. Luis Carlos main responsibility is the education of soccer to our Academy players.

Program description

Our goal is to provide our youths with a focus point for high level soccer training of all the soccer skills, discipline, and sportsmanship in and out of the field by:

• Developing and improving soccer skills for field players age 4 to 12.
• The learning will be enhanced by small-sided games which guarantee involvement.
• The newest teaching and coaching methods presented in a clear and concise manner.
• The Soccer Academy is specifically designed for players wanting to learn the fundamental soccer skills.
• Emphasis on correct technique is maximized by individual instructions.

Program days & times:
Tuesday & Thursday - 6:30 - 8:00pm 
Saturday games - 10:00- 11:30 am
