CAMPS OVERVIEW AND THE BENEFITS

At the Miami Strike Force Soccer Camp we believe that every day should have a theme, which will work on strengthening the"Five Basics of Soccer", Passing, Dribbling, Receiving, Finishing & Heading.

By introducing the game to the player in this manner, the progression on a daily and weekly basis is easy to grasp.

By the end of the week the player has a stronger understanding of the technique of each element, thus making for a more confident athlete on and off the field. Below we have broken it into daily themes.

Each day includes a review of the previous day’s theme. All drills are concentrated on that day’s theme.

Scrimmaging both small and full field is an intricate part of daily training.

  • Monday - Passing
  • Tuesday - Dribbling
  • Wednesday - Receiving
  • Thursday - Finishing
  • Friday - Heading
